Design of mid-infrared entangled photon sources using lithium niobate

چکیده
The mid-infrared (MIR) band entangled photon source is vital for the next generation of quantum communication, imaging, and sensing. However, current states are mainly prepared in visible or near-infrared bands. It still lacking high-quality sources MIR band. In this work, we optimize poling sequence lithium niobate to prepare two kinds typical states, Hermit–Gaussian state comb-like at 3.2 µm. We have also calculated pair rates estimated effect fabrication resolution schemes. Our approach will provide with excellent performance study information
